Aroma is big fruit/flowers, malts, mild sweetness and a hint of vinegar. The flavor is fruit/flowers, mild tropical fruit and a mildly sweet/creeping vinegar finish.

12oz can poured into a tulip

A- pours a ruby red color with a one-finger foamy white head that has a pinkish hue and good retention

S- initial aromas of limes, some acidic tartness and some floral aromas. Undertones of straw and some earthy yeast

T- tart and fruity up front with notes of lime and some red berries. Mid-palate gives some earthy yeast that adds straw, the finish gives a light floral note, with tart lime on the linger

M- light body with medium carbonation leads to a foamy mouthfeel that continues into a crisp tart finish

Pours clear, piink in color with one quarter inch head. Taste is his usual, sour mix and cranberry. Light bodied, tart with high carbonation. Average cranberry sour. Ok but nothing that screams Hawaii. A future pass.

Rise colored body without much head and no lacing. Nose has a light tartness with a bit of floral notes. The combination come to me more specifically as a cranberry, lime, and hibiscus. The tartness comes out a little more in the taste, with more than just the tart citrus involved. It doesn’t outstay its welcome, and a mix of farmhouse, fruit juice, and floral hints takes its place.

A nice clean finish brings this beer to a simple but enjoyable end.

Big thanks to leftpaw for bringing this and a few other saisons in summer 2018 out camping.

Pours a pink color. Ok, so this has to be a fruited saison methinks. The head is white, but with the lightest pink intrusion into it, about 1/3". The aroma hits plenty of hibiscus, the lime was distant to that, understandably. Still had a light, bouyant wheat nose on it as well. I dunno if I would call it tropical or funky, but I liked it.

Taste had the sourness of a wild ale. And it is equal parts wild ale and saison, maybe even more wild ale, but its still a fun and tasty drink. Even with lime, it didn't approach much of an acidic edge. Really liked the mild abv here, which is almost always a negative when it comes to BA reviewers, but I'm all about that life. Wheat done well giving hints of hay and lemongrass. The carbonation is where it should be, with the exception of the tropical and funky assertion, this pretty much delivers everything it said it would be.

Pink and slightly cloudy with lots of carbonation.

Topped with two fingers of Pepto-Bismol tinged pink head.

It smells of lemons, lemon juice, hibiscus and malts.

It tastes slightly sour, slightly floral with hints of lemon juice, metallic, and a bit of malt.

The body is very light, with a little carbonation.

I got this in Sacramento week ago, and I’m checking in Redding California September 8, 2018.

Picked up a single from Kings Beer & Wine cooler on 5-25-18 for $2.89. Canned on 2-12-18, cold stored since purchase.

Beer poured reddish pink with a fizzy white one finger head that dissipated quickly.

Nose is floral-tropical with a hint of funk.

Taste is tart up front with some floral backing over a light malt base. The adjuncts render the saison yeast notes to just the feel for me.

Mouthfeel is light and refreshing, very nice for the tropics.

Overall a nice collaboration brew, fun to try!

A: The beer is clear cherry red in color and has a light amount of visible carbonation. It poured with a quarter finger high pink head that died down, leaving a patch of off white bubbles on the surface and a narrow collar around the edge of the glass.
S: Moderate aromas of hibiscus are present in the nose along with notes of lime.
T: The taste follows the smell, except that the lime flavors are a bit stronger.
M: It feels light-bodied and slightly tart on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: This beer is very fruity and probably seems closer to being classified as a Fruit/Vegetable Beer than a Saison. In any event, it is very easy to drink.

12oz can split between a pair of small Cantillon glasses. Canned on 021218. Given to me by a very kind coworker.

Pours pink, bordering on red, with a smallish head and a pretty surprisingly high level of carbonation. Smell is tart and vaguely fruity...maybe plums and/or cherries.

Taste is tart, bitter/funky. Kind of an interesting beer, but not a profile I love. I think it'll grow on me...it's dry, bitter, and fruity.

Mouthfeel is very dry and light. Overall, quite good.
