On tap at PreFunk in downtown Boise. Uncharacteristically dark amber.. very clear.. Nice white head and lacing.. Big clove and lesser apple esters... Light bit of roastiness at the finish doesn’t work in my mind. Grassy hoppiness reminds you this is from the PNW... Not bad, just doesn't have the complexities I enjoy.
