Bottle from the source.
A mildly hazy light yellow with a dense, white head with excellent retention and lacing, this looks great. The nose is a lovely, bright, snappy Brett expression, with pineapple and clove, along with a light straw note. Peppercorns, pink or otherwise, are hidden by the Brett character. Mildly floral honey is also present. The palate opens crisp, dry, mineraly with a light lemon note to go with the gobs of Brett that's present. Pineapple, clove, and just a hint of bandaid are present. The midpalate is foamy and overcarbonated, holding back some of the floral notes. Mild straw notes are also present. Drying and highly carbonated, this is quite excellent.
