Look: Pours a glowingly bright yellow and turbid in the glass with a sudsy head that settles to a lid and leaves good lacing behind
Aroma: I could smell it on the pour. Pink and white grapefruit, Sumo mandarins, strawberries, navel orange, Cannabis, light peach, wafts of pine, and Meyers lemon. This smells awesome
Taste: Starts out with a little peach juice and flesh and some crushed pine needles that dance for a moment before the citrus parade begins. A full-on fruit salad and loads of juicy, sweet, and tart citrus are in play as strawberries and Cannabis peek in and out throughout. Closes with some malt sweetness and orange-led sweet citrus fruit
Mouthfeel: Full, soft, clean, medium-high carbonation, and soft and smooth on the finish
Overall: I dig it. This is a tasty Hazy IPA and sort of an amped up version of City of Dreams, so dove in and was rewarded with this gem. Tons of juicy and fruity citrus throughout but not overly sweet nor juicy, which is good, plus, like City of Dreams, doesn’t come across like a full-blown hazy in its lighter and clean feel. Plus it is under 6.5%, which I feel is good as hazies can’t hide their booze well over 6.8% IMO and I can pick up the ethanol in them easily. Recommended

Hazy yellow brew with plenty of foam in the spiky rumbler. Aroma of orange and fermenting pineapple. This turns out to be a quite sippable hazy brew. It's very intensely fruity with bitter orange and lime peel. slippery mouthfeel. Only slightly sharp and certainly not acidic. Quite bitter aftertaste. From the 16 oz can purchased at the Co-op market. Dated 05/21/25.

FORT GEORGE BREWERY – CITY OF RAINBOWS- DOUBLE DRY HAZY IPA / 8.2 abv
This is a hugely bigger hazy than City of Dream which was one of the original Hazy beers in the Northwest. There is a pronounced peach skin, plumb and kiwi blended into a wonderful beer. I love it and highly recommend it.
