16oz can
Pours over a finger of fizzy white head into my Willi. Retention is great. Lacing is solid. Body is pale yellow, high clarity, with a healthy nucleation. Looks good.
Nose is light - white cracker, bread, some starchy rice sweetness. Smells pretty nice.
Flavor is alright - very light malt, maybe some lemon hop character. It’s ok, but borderline watery, even for the style.
Really light bodied. Carbonation is on the higher end. Bitterness is mild, but certainly present. Well-attenuated but not dry. Clean, pretty crisp, and relatively refreshing. Overall a great mouthfeel.
Drinkability is very good.
Overall a nice enough beer, but definitely lacking in flavor.

Clear golden brew with average foam in the Maredsous goblet. Grainy aroma. Taste is slightly sweet and bready, more like a Light Lager or Adjunct Lager. Hops seem to be on deployment elsewhere. Overall this is perfectly drinkable but what flavor it has is not much fun. Straw and a little dishwater. But at least sparkly and a little tangy. Might be useful as a mixer for the Pilsner I'll open next. Dated 04/18/25.

Created to celebrate the 180th anniversary of Clatsop County. Canned about 6/25 (hard to read on these cans). Can art is really spectacular, especially considering most other artwork from Ft. George's.
Pour is a clear amber, light head with moderate carbonation. Light aroma of yeasty bread dough. Taste is very much like an AAL, with modest bitterness, just a bit of hop flavor along with a touch of sweetness from the malt. There is a mild off-taste in the finish, but that might just be me. It's refreshing, very sessionable with just 4.2% ABV.
The beer may not appeal to some, but it seems to be selling very well in Astoria.
