The beer pours an amber color with a huge white head. The aroma is toffee with some grassy hops. The flavor is toffee, grass and earth with low bitterness. Medium mouthfeel and medium carbonation. A pretty basic ESB, but it is well executed and easy drinking.

Hazy, murky amber color. Tannish head, thin. Good lacing. Malt and hop aroma. Same with the flavor. Great balance. Stronger than most ESBs, but still balanced. A hop/malt bomb. A tamer version of their Hop Zombie IPA. Very enjoyable, very drinkable. I could have this every day. Another great, solid beer from Uncle Billys.

Amber/copper color with a chill haze. 1/2" off white head that retains at 1/4". Thick lace. Aroma is malty..caramel...faint citrus and floral hops. Nice bready malt. Caramel. Hopped higher than a traditional ESB and the hops have more of a West Coast bite and flavor. Medium body and medium carbonation. Nice beer with good drinkability.

On tap at Uncle Billys. Pours a dark, thick amber color with a light beige head. Smell is fruity, nutty and very nicely balanced. Taste is same with a good dose of hops for the style. I'd say it's to style overall, but a tad bolder and touch richer and more flavorful, than normal. Nicely fruity faint nuttiness and crisp bittering. Good mouthfeel and medium carbonation. Very good beer!
