"From the brewer's blog: Sparkle Party is a big and hoppy American lager. We brewed it with German yeast, German malt and lots of American hops."
On tap at Uncle Billy's original location.
The beer pours a yellow orange color with a large white head. The aroma has quite a bit of biscuit malt, as well as some light citrus notes. I get some orange and lemon, but they are fairly faint,
The hops come through more heavily in the flavor. In addition to the biscuit and pilsner malt, I get some nice orange citrus flavors, as well as some pine and resinous notes. The beer is very clean tasting and very easy to drink. Low to medium bitterness.
Thin to medium mouthfeel and medium carbonation.
