The color was a rich amber.

The smell was faint, but it had a fee spice notes of clove and sweet like honey. Slight malt notes evident as well, but little if any hops.

The taste was sweet and malty. The honey really came through in a good way, and the rich malts remind me of a good fall seasonal. The spice notes add to this fall feel.

The mouthfeel was crisp, not heavy. It was refreshing, which pairs well with warmer fall days.

Overall this was a good beer. I expected more from the brew works, as most of their beers are more flavorful. Yet this was still a solid choice for fall, and a nice change of pace from Oktoberfest beers, but still fits the theme of the season.
