Appearance is a hazy straw color with a finger of head that dissipated down to film quite quickly. There is some funk in the nose indicative of Belgian yeast strains, but it is certainly not overly unpleasant. The body and flavor are light – I definitely got a good dose of green tea. The finish is semi-sweet and almost wine-like.
The alcohol is kept well under wraps - which is dangerous. I could drink one after another of these on a warm spring or summer day and then fall flat on my face when I get up to leave.
