Served on tap at The Allentown Brewworks.
A - Golden in color and very hazy. This beer is an unfiltered wheat beer so I'm okay with it. Head is holding steady at about 1/4".
S - Get a lot of Citrus/Lime off of the nose... the beer is served with a lime so some is from that.
T - I'd have to say this is one of the most refreshing beers I've ever had. The kolsch yeast gives it a very crisp, clean taste. Hints of mint at the end, but its not really there.
M - Clean, crisp and smooth.
O - Overall, this is a beer I would drink a lot of in the summertime. It's a bit of a twist on a kolsch with adding the fruit.... a lot of kolsch's I've had are peppery and spicy. Very sessionable and would recommend getting a growler of it since they do not bottle it.
