A - Pours a dark amber/garnet color with dense moderate lacing and nice steady carbonation.
S - Sweet toasted caramel malt and light earthiness. Very sweet malt forward aroma.
T - Sweet toasted caramel malt throughout, bread crust, and a mild pine/citrus bitterness on the finish. Lingering caramel malt and bread crust on the palate with some slight citrus.
M - Big medium body with a wet finish.
O - Unobtrusive and an easy drinker. Should be a hit this weekend for St. Patrick's Day.
