On tap at the Allentown Brew Works location.
Poured a deep orange color (almost brown, but not quite) with a smaller sized off white head. Aromas of toffee, caramel, roast and light chocolate. Tastes of toasted malts, caramel, and lightly roasty. Light lacing left on the glass.

A - Deep, dark copper like clear weak coffee. Thin tan head.
S - Caramel and coffee...nice, but not overpowering.
T - Slightly sweet with some toffee and a touch of sourness. Hints of coffee in aftertaste. A very flavorful "non-hop" beer.
M - A bit thin but does carry some malt backbone. Would prefer it to be a bit more robust in body.
D - Smooth and easy to drink....flavor lasts and lasts. A nice beer to sit and talk over.
