Appearance was a beautiful autumnal orange. The smell of the fresh hops was a noticeable and pleasant addition to this year's version. Tasted very much like a west-coast style pale ale, bordering on a light IPA. The hop character of this year's version is much bolder than last year, but the beer remains well-balanced. Citrus notes were certainly present and the finish was crisp and clean. This is one of the best offerings from ABW! I hope that this small batch lasts a few weeks.

Allentown Brew Works Harvest Fest Pale Ale.
Had on tap twice at Allentown and brought home a growler each time.
Growler pour into shaker. Beautiful clear orange color with one finger almost white head thats quick to fall. Clean smell of fresh hops. All hops were locally grown at Weyerbacher's farm. Nice taste of barley, malt, citrus and hops. Very balanced west coast pale ale, extremely drinkable. 5.5% abv 1.055 O.G. Nice seasonal addition at the Brew Works.
