This was something pretty nice actually. I grabbed a sample of this brew and it had the traditional elements that most Witbiers have. The cloudy yellow color with a decent white head on top. The smell was full of citrus aromas. The taste was also full of orange and lemon like flavors among other fruity note and wheat. The mouthfeel was much thicker than I expected. Overall I thought this was a pretty interesting brew. I would probably drink it again.

Description reads "Brewed with 2 Belgian yeast strains and a special wild yeast to create a complex and fruity Double White Ale with hints of orange peel, pineapple, and chamomile. Brewed in collaboration with Shangy's, The Beer Authority in Emmaus. 9% ABV."

Pours a hazed yellow straw with minimal cap of white froth. Scent is quite fruity with candy orange and lemon zest as well as a strong floral presence, backbone combines solid beady and lightly sweet malts and tangy wheat, light spice with a nice solidly earthy and faintly funky profile. Taste is fantastic, all ingredients blend perfectly to create a highly complex wit beer. Full on fruity citrus and tropical fruit, fresh cut flowers blend seamlessly with lightly sweet and bready malts, tangy wheat all backed by a very earthy, but only lightly funky barnyard note, minimal notes of traditional spicing such as coriander and white pepper. Medium bodied, creamy with some grainy heft. Solid all around, one of the best beers from brew Works, an innovative and world class Wit Beer.
