I stopped into ABC on 31MAY12, enroute to the WWII Weekend in Reading PA. Opted to start with a Dubbel with my lunch. Served a shaker pint full, for $5.25.

Color was a deep chestnut, with a bit of haze present. Carbo was steady, and the head was light tan and creamy, with good lacing. Nose was restrained, with some candyish notes along with dark fruit. Body checked-in at medium, though the feel was somewhat light and airy.

Mild sweetness led off, with some subtle caramel also in the mix. A touch of raisin and figgy, dark fruit also blended in, plus a hint of molasses and some finishing spiciness and candy sugar. Solid, overall. Prosit!
