From the bottle, it pours a light amber color with a nice white head that lasts a while. Scent is wheatey, yeasty and spicy. Taste is spicy and bready with a slight off taste.

Bottle: Poured a golden color ale with a super large white foamy head with good retention and some excellent lacing. Aroma of spicy yeast notes with some peppery notes with some rustic and rye malt and dry Brett ester. Taste is a nice mix of rustic malt notes with some spicy and peppery yeast notes, some dry herbal hops notes, some dry rye rustic malt with a super dry finish. Body is quite full with excellent carbonation. Excellent saison with high-level of complexity.

A – Pours a cloudy Lemon colour with a thick White head that retains and laces
S – Aromas of citrus, sweety and sherbet like
T – Lime citrus flavours up front. The back end is a little boozy
M – Light to medium body with medium carbonation
O – Only let down by its flavour. The rest is pretty good.

Poured with a huge cloud of whipped cream, admittedly big-bubbled, over a nice tarnished brass color. A light herbal smell with faint blossom and some fruity esters, and as it warmed a bit more bread starter came in. Big grain character, complex and lot packed in, dry as a bone, a minty edge with gentle hopping, felt as much as tasted. Something bretty materialized as it warmed. Substantial mouthfeel but quenching and more-ish, could happily quaff another or two.
