I really wanted to love this beer, being a Luke Bryant fan and having my roots in the Blue Ridge Mountains, it sounded like a great combination for me. Since it’s not available in Ohio, couldn’t wait for our trip South. After many stores, yes! excited I found it. First the price surprised me, not a Bud or Miller price point but an import price. Definitely a lighter American adjunct lager, nice golden color, head disappears quickly, but surprisingly leaves a nice lacing. But for what it is, it’s not meant to be in a glass, it’s a drink a 6 pack from the can on a hot summer day beer. For a light lager, my personal preference would be for more carbonation. Disappointed as I was, it’s good for what it is but at a premium price.

This is really brewed by Blue Crown Brewing of Daleville, VA, but BA's system is anal when you try to add a beer when the brewery is not yet listed. On the can says "Two Lane American Golden Lager". Popping the top I get a nice adjunct waft even though it says American grown barley and water from the Blue Ridge Mountains on the can. Pours to a deep dark yellow with a fizzy head that goes quick. Taste is nice and refreshing not watery for a 4.2% 3g Carb brew. Consistent throughout, slightly bitter and clean. Good brew for what it is. drinktwolane.com
