On tap at Blue Mountain Brewery
A- pours a clear, golden amber color with a small foamy white head with reduces quickly, leaving no lace.
S- Belgian yeasty aromas; flowery, fruity esters, a touch of clove, herbal
T- nice saison flavors with a Belgian kick. Flowery and herbal with some fruity notes, slightly phelonic, banana, medicinal on the finish
M- light-med body and carbonation leads to foamy mouthfeel with a smooth-yet-slightly chalky finish
O- very refreshing Saison with a Belgian influence, would gladly try again

First had: on tap at Blue Mountain, Afton, VA
Clearish bronzed amber pour, topped with a fizzy white head that receded to a ringlet, moderate carbonation rising from the bottom of the glass. Nice spicy aroma, herbal, and a touch of licorice. The nose was reflected in the taste, a spicy combination of yeast and hops, anise, floral notes, sweet bready pale malts. Medium body, easily drinkable. Good enough for a second round.
