La Crique est une bière de blé aux cerises de type griottes du Temps des Cerises de Charette en Mauricie. Légèrement surettes, les cerises viennent balancer les esters développées par les levures belges. Mais encore, un procédé de sûrissement du moût ajoute une pointe d'acidité à ce nectar tant approprié comme bière d'apéro. Sans contredit, la Crique plaira aux amateurs de bières douces et fuitées.

Bottle: Poured a lightly red color ale with a medium bubbly head with good retention with not much lacing. Aroma of sour cherry with light wheat malt with some medicinal cough syrup notes. Taste is also a weird mix between some sour cherries with cough syrup and light wheat malt. Body is quite full with good carbonation. Not the best from this brewery though interesting experiment on paper.
