Big thank you to hoppypocket for this (from my favorite QC brewery) and the rest of the massive box of gold that crushed my porch today. Served in my killer new À La Fût boot mug, also courtesy of this crazy generous guy. Cheers buddy!
Appearance. Pours a hazy, rich yellow-gold with two fingers of thick (almost) white head that last a while and leaves some great lacing ...on the boot :-P
Smell. Nice light fruits and spicy saison yeast, a little clove and banana, and some smooth wheaty malt.
Taste. Spicy saison yeast, some light fruits, a little pepper and light wheaty malts. Just a hint of banana and spice. Flavours a fairly big for the style but very nice. No detectable alcohol.
Mouthfeel. Medium+ body, medium low smooth and soft carbonation.
Overall. A big saison? Why the hell not. Very enjoyable, great stuff.

Bottle: Poured an amber/orangey color ale with a large pure white foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of rustic malt with fruity ester is quite pleasing. Taste is a nice mix between some clean cereal notes with some fruity ester and light rustic notes. Body is quite full with excellent carbonation and no apparent alcohol. Well brewed and dangerously drinkable even at 6.8%.
