notes from 6/18/2014 visit to the tasting room...
nice transparent pale yellow. champagne like carbonation.
nose is crisp and fairly grassy. some bubblegum notes with soft floral hints.
taste is bubblegum with a mouthful of hibiscus.
good not great, but certainly an interesting take on the style.
