A - Red in color, little head, which dissipates quickly.
S - Malts, light alcohol, and bittering hops.
T - Malts, bitterness, and a light taste of peach.
M - Bitter with a slight sourness.
D - Not bad, but not a great representation of an ESB. Could be lighter in color and age for a while longer.
