Barely amber with a white head. Pepper, sweet bread, mild toffee, maybe some yeast. A hint of banana, light straw and grass. Flavor is sweet bready malt, banana, straw, and yeast. Fairly peppery, a bit of grass, and a hint of toffee. Too sweet for my liking.

On tap for the first anniversary party at Beachwood BBQ & Brewing in Long Beach, CA.
Pours a murky honey orange with a foamy bone colored head that settles to a film on top of the beer. Small streaks of lace form around the glass on the drink down. Smell is of malt, grain, fruit, spice, and mild yeast aromas. Taste is much the same with honey flavors and a fruity aftertaste. There is a very mild amount of spice bitterness on the palate with each sip. This beer has a lower level of carbonation with a slightly crisp mouthfeel. Overall, this is a good beer with some nice fruity aromas and flavors.
