While I don't know for sure having tasted this beer only at the "soft opening" of Bruery Terreux Tasting Room and really not speaking to anyone about it, I believe that it's a reasonable conclusion to make that the beer is named after The Bruery's third original employee - After Patrick and Tyler came the now departed (from The Bruery, not otherwise) Benjamin Weiss. A very nice tribute and knowing Patrick as well as I do I'm sure a befitting tribute to a great friend and valuable original member. The beer really tastes good too and is a most flavorful and bold Hefe - a bit like one on "minor" steroids. Great traditional Hefe characteristics all kicked up a notch. Hell, if it's not named after Ben, it should be!

We love reviews (150 characters or more)! Check out: How to Review a Beer. You don't need to get fancy. Drop some thoughts on the beer's attributes (look, smell, taste, feel) plus your overall impression. Something that backs up your rating and helps others. Thanks!
