So this is Bruery trying to cash in, er,, I mean "experiment" with their own NE hazy ipa stuff huh? Pours cloudy and yellow, 1/3" white head. Aroma was kind of lacking. Like, why not just hop this hard like Humulus Lager? Oh well, disappointing in the lack of aroma department.
Taste was more of a soft malt, soft hop, soft carbonation experience. I appreciated this was back when Bruery tasters were $1, but at the same time, I can't say this was anything but disappointing. Mosaic and Citra just don't pop or shine here at all. Maybe my palate was broke, I wasn't getting the Simcoe bitterness either. Oh well, maybe if the price increase isn't too huge I'll give it another try, but this one didn't jive all that well for me.
