Another offering from the Bruery I was stoked to try. It was hot outside so something light and refreshing was needed.
Appearance: A persistent frothy creamy white head with good retention. The beer is a pale/golden yellow color that is fairly translucent, with a touch of haziness.
Nose: A typical wit beer aromas: Oranges, coriander, lemons, herbal, grassy, wheat, a honey like sweetness and yeasty.
Taste: strong oranges, lemons, and coriander tastes with some herbal, grass, wheat, a subtle malt sweetness, and yeast.
Mouthfeel. A tart dry finish, medium plus carbonation, medium light body.
Overall: this is a well made wit, great flavors and very tasty, perfect goto beer on a hot day.
