Wow, now I'm used to these pilot batches not having any reviews here, but I think this might be the first Bruery beer I've ever added to the database (Damien Sandow you're welcome.gif).
Pours a darker than average saison gold. Thin white head, 1/4" on down to whisp levels. Aroma was the least saison like thing I could practically imagine within reason. Smelled like toothpaste.
Eee gad, it tastes like toothpaste too. 8.5% just burns. Who said this was a saison? Macho Ma'am Tranny Savage even knows this is not a saison. I guess there is some oak in here, but who knows, its just a burn of mint. Mint gasoline. Will this beer ever see bottling? I highly doubt it. At the same time, I have a morbid affinity for bringing shit like this, Melange 11 and Roble Blanco around groups of people, its like a total rick roll of a beer. I also like mint, but not this. Could only imagine how much someone would hate it that doesn't like mint.

We love reviews (150 characters or more)! Check out: How to Review a Beer. You don't need to get fancy. Drop some thoughts on the beer's attributes (look, smell, taste, feel) plus your overall impression. Something that backs up your rating and helps others. Thanks!
