16oz can poured into a tulip
A- pours jet black in color with a one-finger creamy khaki colored head that has great retention before leaving a bit of lacing behind
S- rich chocolate, cinnamon and pastries on the nose, followed by dried chiles, wet ash, earthy espresso, vanilla bean, marshmallow, a hint of orange. The smell reminds me of a Starbucks beside a Cinnabon
T- milk chocolate and spicy cinnamon up front, followed by a green pepper heat undertone. Mid-palate gives notes of charred malt, vanilla cream and earthy and herbal coffee. The finish gives more chocolate, espresso and a hint of orange
M- heavy bod y with moderate carbonation leads to a thick and creamy mouthfeel that continues into a velvety, chewy and slightly warming finish
O- a solid Mexican style stout that has a perfect velvety thick mouthfeel

A: Poured into a snifter to a black beer topped by a dense and rocky two and a half finger tan head which fades slowly to a collar around the edge of the glass with minimal lacing.
S: Smells of chocolate, coffee, peppers, vanilla, and some roasted malts. I love how this beer smells .
T: taste is chocolate and coffee with some roasted malts, slight peppery heat with a touch of cinnamon along with some smooth vanilla. On the swallow there's more chocolate and coffee with some more cinnamon and chili heat along with some lingering vanilla. Hints of roasted malts and slight charred wood on the back end as well.
M: This beer is fairly full bodied with a silky mouthfeel. Carbonation is on the low end but it's adequate for the style while the beer has a drying finish.
O: Overall I really dig this beer. The adjunct mix is probably one of my favorites to find in a stout and this one fires on all cylinders. The complexity is great and the beer shows a ton of balance as well. I'd like to see how this one does after some time in a barrel but I guess that's what Mole SHIT is for.

Sweet and spicy, cinnamon chocolate nose on this one! Taste follows with chocolate upfront and then a cinnamon coffee/cafe olla finish. Decent depth...not too thick. Good!
