Inspired by the very best type of pie, this beer is our take on banana cream pie. We took premium bourbon barrel-aged ale and added a ton of fresh banana, rich graham cracker, and the very best vanilla. The result is basically a slice in your glass that’s creamy, decadent, and of course, packed with banana.

A: Poured into a snifter to a deep brown beer which is topped by a small off white head which fades quickly to a collar around the edge of the glass with no lacing. Some floaty bits and debris in this one as well.
S: Smells of a definite banana note along with a good bit of barrel influence along with some vanilla. Slight graham cracker note as well.
T: Taste is bananas and vanilla with some bourbon barrels, caramel, graham cracker, tons of sweetness, and more banana. On the swallow there's more vanilla, banana, bourbon barrel notes, syrupy sweetness, and graham crackers.
M: This beer is big and syrupy in body. Carbonation is on the low end but it's acceptable for the style while the beer has a slightly drying finish.
O: Overall this is a pretty interesting beer. I'm a pretty big fan of banana pudding and banana pudding in pie form so this one is a real treat for me. That being said it is insanely sweet so having this in a small format bottle is awesome.
