Rich creamy dry and delicious. A golden slightly cloudy brew. Generous head that leaves nice lacing. Great nose. Light malt sweetness citrusey hops. Taste brings all of the nose components. Malt front with honey apples, pears. Dry hop finish. Smooth and well hidden alcohol. Velvety carbonation with a full creamy feel. Highly drinkable. Enjoy!

12.7 ounce bottle, 2025 edition, bottled 03/27/25. Served in a Bruery tulip, the beer pours a somewhat hazy golden/orange color with about an inch off-white head that stuck around for a while. There's also a good amount of lacing. I like the aroma, the brew smells like oak, apricots, pears, oranges, breadiness and some peppery spice. The taste is similar to the aroma, but there's the addition of some floral and clove flavors. Mouthfeel/body is medium, it's a bit creamy with a dry finish. Overall I liked this one, definitely worth trying if you get the chance!

A: Poured into a tulip glass to a slightly cloudy golden orange beer which is topped by a finger of rocky white head which fades slowly to a collar around the edge of the glass with minimal lacing
S: Smells slightly spicy, slightly floral, and slightly fruity. Not picking up any faded hops, but this beer is pretty old.
T: Taste is slightly spicy and floral up front with some honey sweetness and orchard fruits along with a hint of oak. There's a hint of faded hops at times. On the finish there's more spicy yeast and floral notes with some lingering orchard fruits and oak.
M: This beer has a moderate amount of heft on the palate with adequate carbonation that is slightly effervescent. The beer has a drying finish due to the high attenuation.
O: Overall this is a pretty nice beer. It has good flavors which are true to style and a good amount of complexity that make it a joy to drink. It also has a lack of faults which is expected of beers in this price range.

Clear, golden color. Nice-looking, white head. Fruits, candy sugar, Belgian yeasts, and oak in a complex aroma. Starts moderately sweet but then evens out and finishes dry.

Another beer from the cellar, that I waited to long to review, but I think it will be tasty. I am using a tulip glass and serving the beer at 42 degrees. The pour created a frothy, airy, white, one-fingered head, with average retention. The somewhat quick dissipation left a large ring around the glass. The beer's color is golden yellow, with amber hues, charting at SRM 12, and clear with a few carbonation bubbles. The appearance is average for this style.
Nosing the glass, I smell floral, banana, cloves, Belgian yeast, herbal, orange, lightly toasted malts, malty sweetness, and white pepper. Smelling the glass again, oak, light pine resin, earthy, bready, and a light pear note. The aromas are quintessential Belgian aroma with a pungent hop profile and a firm malt backbone.
Sipping the beer, I taste floral, cloves, banana, cherries, pears, bay leaves, oranges, lightly toasted bread crust, malty sweetness, white, pepper, oak, and light pine resin. After a few more swallows of this beer, I notice, bready, pears, toasted cereal grains, pears, and earthiness.
The mouthfeel is astringent and tannic finishing dry. The body is medium and has medium carbonation.
I am enjoying this beer, I am surprised that the hops has not faded away, and are still pungent in this wonderful Belgian Pale Ale. I love how the barrel aging is not overpowering but acts more as a supporting role in this beer. A delightful sipper as the snow descends upon the valley.
