A: Poured into a snifter to what's honestly a pretty nasty looking beer. Finger of rocky dark brown head on top of a black beer that quickly gives way to some floaty bits
S: Smells of definite raspberry notes with some hints of cream cheese, a touch of vanilla and some graham crakers
T: Taste is raspberries up front along with a touch of chocolate before some tart cream cheese like notes hit. there's a little vanilla and some graham cracker as well before more raspberry and chocolate comes in. On the swallow there's more graham cracker, vanilla, and slight raspberry with a hint of roasted malt.
M: This beer is quite viscous and slightly syrupy on the palate. Carbonation struggles to show itself but it is there while the beer has a drying finish.
O: Overall this is a fairly interesting beer that kind of dabbles into the pastry side of things if we were to consider a cheesecake to be a pastry. Aside from looking terrible the beer does taste like what it's supposed to.

Canned 5/4/20. Poured into a Bruery RS tulip glass.
A - Man, to me, this beer is U.G.L.Y. It is a super-murky dark brown-black with floaties and a strange bubbly head that dissipates as quickly as it appears.
S - Raspberry and graham cracker. Kinda get a waffle-cone-y waft as well.
T- Totally as advertised. Everything on the label is represented, led in large part by the raspberry, with graham on the very end.
F - Follows the appearance for me. Kinda slick, but not the chewiness that I look for in a stout with this ABV.
Overall - Very good for what they were after. I think I’m good with only one though.
