A: Poured into a snifter to a purplish brown beer that looks kind of unappealing due to the amount of sediment that poured out of the bottle and is now being dissolved in the beer giving it a cloudy appearance. There was a small tan head which faded quickly without a trace.
S: Smells of juicy berries with a touch of vanilla along with some bourbon barrels and caramel
T: Taste is berries up front with a little vanilla, oak, caramel, and more berries. On the finish there's more berries, caramel, vanilla and oak
M: This beer has a body which is on the heavier side of medium with a slightly creamy feel. Carbonation is on the low end but it is adequate for the style while the beer has a drying finish due to the ABV.
O: Overall this beer tastes really good. Really nice flavors and complexity without anything going wrong aside from the initial concerns after the pour.

Look: hazy, juicy plum red. Big pink head on the pour that quickly dissipates.
Smell: very jammy. Berries and vanilla.
Taste: like the nose. Quite sweet, works great cut with the salt.
