16oz can poured into a tulip
A- pours a viscous jet black in color with a one-finger foamy dark khaki head that reduces to leave nothing behind
S- dark chocolate, chocolate syrup and smoky charred malt up front, followed by notes of ripe banana, vanilla cream & undertones of oaky bourbon. As it warms, there's a nutty note that emerges
T- sweet and sugary up front with a dark chocolate syrupy note that mimics chocolate ice cream, followed by overripe banana, vanilla bean and sweet milk sugars that give a vanilla ice cream note. The finish brings out the bourbon barrel, along with more chocolate and banana. The walnut is barely noticeable to identifiable
M- heavy body with moderate carbonation leads to a creamy mouthfeel that continues into a chewy, viscous & warming finish

Imperial Milk Stout with Bananas, Cacao, Walnuts, and Vanilla.
In this can lives one of our most one-derful creations. Born from a thirst for experimentation, a healthy dosing of imagination, and a taste for adventure, these extremely limited single batch brews are available exclusively at The Bruery Tasting Room. Small in quantity, one-derful in flavor. Inspired by, in our opinion, the most fun ice cream dessert, The Bananswer has all the elements of a banana split. The creamy characteristics of an imperial milk stout play harmoniously with the sweetness of the bananas and the nutty and chocolatey flavors from the walnuts and cacao nibs. Finished with a touch of vanilla perfectly complimenting the oak characteristics.
