Bourbon barrel-aged imperial stout with black tea, saffron, milk sugar, cardamom, clove, ginger, and vanilla
Inspired by one of our own's love for a good Chai, we added ALL the spices to Black Tuesday for this variant. Black tea, saffron, cardamom, clove, and ginger all add the perfect spice character, with milk sugar and vanilla to add the perfect creamy-sweetness.

Picked up a crowler fill from the DC location.
Looks like BT, but whoa, the nose is all spice! Smells kind of like a general store at a cider mill. Everything listed in the description is fighting it’s way to the forefront, with clove being the leader.
Taste is heavy on the clove, and I do get some of the tea, along with what I think is cardamom, but clove is dominating. Finishes a tad hot, but it is BT after all. As it warms, I’m getting some pleasant milk chocolate too.
This one was fun to try, but a taster was plenty. Luckily I split this with a buddy.
