Bananas pours almost black, with no head. The aroma has notes of vanilla and bananas. The flavor has a sweet, creamy, sugary stout base with lots of bananas and vanilla. Good feel. Overall, it is a big banana stout, sweet, sugary, and very desert-like.

Bruery’s attempt at a rum banana cream pie. Aged in rum barrels, treated with graham crackers, brown sugar, bananas, milk sugar, Tahitian vanilla beans.
Look: deep dark stout, some cola highlights when held to light. Big mocha head on an aggressive pour that entirely subsides.
Smell: rum and sweet vanilla are prominent.subtle banana.
Taste: much like the nose. Killer dessert stout. Sweet and rich without being cloying, the rum and stout base give it a nice edge.
