Tip your tastebuds with this bourbon barrel-aged imperial milk stout. So rich and creamy, we had to use all the cows. We started with a big, rich imperial milk stout and aged it in bourbon barrels with vanilla beans and coffee until it was udderly delicious.

Black color. Thin, beige head. Coffee, vanilla, and bourbon in the aroma. Malty, moderately sweet with roasted bitterness and a warming finish. Pleasant stout.

All The Coffee Cows pours black, with a small, tan, lacing head. The aroma is very weak, sweet sugar. The flavor starts sweet, and sugary, then big creamy bourbon and coffee notes come together at the end. Good feel. Overall, fantastic, the "end" flavors are amazing, and such a creamy beer.

Split this 16 oz. can with my wife to kick off a lazy Friday night after a long post-work nap. That’s how you start a holiday weekend.
The pour is bruery black with puddles of paper-thin, anorexic bubble scattered about the surface. The nose is coffee, sweet lactose. Flat stop.
All The Coffee Cows is aggressive. Tons of lactose greets the tongue followed by a slow, numbing lick of bourbon. Following is heavily milked coffee (which nearly obliterates the coffee), heavy sweetness (vanilla?). The finish is mostly the thickness. Splitting this can was the right call.
A standard Bruery stout: heavy, thick, loaded up with al things good. For some reason it’s just not handling me right. Good, solid brew.

From the 16 oz can in a snifter via Bluejacket74---Cheers Dude!
This solid brew pours a murky blackish brown with a beautiful head
of khaki foam that settles to a thick ring, thin creamy layer, and shows some
excellent lacing. Nose of coffee, cream, chocolate, vanilla, and bourbon laced
with brulee and moderate char. Flavors follow nicely with warming bourbon,
mellow oak, vanilla, char, coffee, semisweet cocoa, and subtle dark fruit notes.
Very nice mouth feel; full body, smooth, rich, coating, light yet effervescent
carbonation, and finishing warm and with a moderately balanced bitter
malt note.
Overall-------VERY NICE!
Not cloying and well presented.
Cheers

16 ounce can, packaged 06/01/22. Served in a snifter, the beer pours dark brown/black with about an inch or so tan head. Head retention and lacing are both good. I like the aroma, the brew smells like coffee, vanilla, bourbon, chocolate, and roasted malt. Taste is similar to the aroma, but with the addition of some cream, burnt/charred malt and oaky flavors. Nice barrel character. Mouthfeel/body is medium/full, it's slick and a bit creamy with a moderate amount of carbonation. I thought this was a good overall Imperial Milk Stout, definitely worth trying if you get the chance!
