Stout it out #9
Big beer to finish it off, but that's it. Not that much in smell and taste. Alcohol, sweet, chocolate. Feel is thin, if balanced for the abv. Far from the best of this brewery.

750 ml bottle, 2022 vintage, looks like it says bottled 09/22/22. Served in a Teku, the beer pours dark brown/black with about an inch or so tan head that stuck around a little while. Small amount of lacing. Aroma is nice, the brew smells like vanilla, roasted malt, graham crackers, Oreo cookies, dark chocolate and marshmallows. Taste is pretty much just like the aroma, but there's the addition of some burnt/charred malt and dark bready flavors. Leans more Oreo/Cookies and Cream tasting than S'mores to me. Mouthfeel/body is full, it's slick and a bit rich with a good amount of soft carbonation. I liked this brew, but would like it a lot more if the S'mores flavor would have been stronger. Worth a try though!
