Exploded upon opening. What a mess. Was hoping for something amazing after all of the effort cleaning up! Pours a dark brown but semi-transparent. Very little head. The nose is syrupy sweetness, toffee, and some dark fruit. However, it's dominated by a syrupy note.
The taste is not the best. Way too sweet and syrupy. Not boozy at all, despite being 15.2% ABV. Some toffee, marmalade, honey, and apricot. However, it's mostly syrup. Would definitely not buy again.

Oofa. Ever had agave syrup on your pancakes? Imagine you turned the spout away from your breakfast plate and poured the it directly in your mouth instead. I took two sips and put it down. I love almost everything else I've ever had from The Bruery, but I'd recommend steering clear of this one.

Bottle pour- murky brownish/burnt orange with frothy off white head leaving a ring of bubbles. Nose is big and sweet with hints of mezcal and booze. Taste follows like a boozy tequila/mezcal cocktail. Quite a bit of sweetness lingering on the finish with a noticeable boozy warmth.
