750 ml bottle into a tulip snifter. Bottled 2/11/22, had 9/3/23.
Pours a deep ruby brown, opaque, with a half inch foamy head and light foamy lacing. Aromas of cherries, vanilla, raspberries, light bourbon, light oak. The flavors follow the nose- bourbon, cherries, raspberries, vanilla, malt. Smooth, a very good medium body, appropriately carbonated.
Obviously focused, and everything on the label shows well. More cherries when it’s colder, more raspberries when warmed. The vanilla really pulls it together. Pretty tasty and very enjoyable.
