On-tap at the Bruery
A: The beer pours a cloudy, golden, amber color with a white head.
S: Very hoppy nose, that's for certain. A nice citrus aroma with plenty of grapefruit and tangerine. Very floral, too. A bit of perfume and a light soapiness. Some pale malts and a light bready quality.
T: The malt comes through a bit more on the palate. Plenty of bread and pale malts. Sweet fruits and lots of citrus, though more oranges and tangerine than grapefruit. Lots of perfume qualities and maybe even some white grapes.
M: Medium in body with a moderate carbonation.
O: Overall a pretty nice beer. Easy to drink at 9% and nicely hoppy.
