750ml bottle poured into a snifter
A- pours a clear golden color with a one-finger foamy white head that reduces to a ring around the glass. Smells primarily of cucumber with some lemon tartness. Undertones of rum gives aromas of brown sugar banana. Light undertones of mint and tropical fruit. Taste is also primarily cucumber and tart citrus, followed by some undertones of rum barrel which gives more brown sugar and fruitiness. Can't really find much mint. Medium body with moderate carbonation leads to a. foamy mouthfeel and a crisp tart finish
