rad to have a super low alcohol beer this flavorful, a bit more subtle to me overall than expected, easy drinking and summer, unpretentious which isnt always the case with these guys, very well refined. a belgian table beer with hibiscus and prickly pear, but not real floral or perfumy or anything, its subtle, yeast driven, and pleasingly dry and clean. very little color from these ingredients, medium golden with maybe the faintest pink hue in the right light, bubbling white head on top from the tap, looks a little richer overall than expected for this ridiculously low abv. i appreciated this beer a whole lot in the context of all the massive barrel aged flavored beers they have working at their new idaho location (what the heck by the way?!). the nose and taste are similar, light pils type malt, crackery and a touch sweet in the middle, a graham cracker thing to it, and then a mix of belgian yeast esters, somewhat restrained, and light almost green apple tartness, before the prickly pear and hibiscus bring summery umbrella drink vibes and even a little herbal bitterness without being overbearing at all, very well integrated. notes of green tea, honeysuckle, white currant, apple juice, and cooked lemon. subtly complex, light spiciness in the yeast, crazy drinkable with more body than expected somehow but a quick finish and rushing carbonation. this is awesome beer for high summer, likely appealing to fans of belgian styles, but also fruit beer people, even the kettle sour crowd, dynamic, clean, and crushable. stoked to have these guys in town!

An unusual yet tasty brew. I'm glad someone else added it before me because I didn't know how to characterize it. Dark gold color, sma bubbly white head that fades fast and minimal lacing. Very good and strong floral presence from the hibiscus and cactus flowers in a malty beer. Some Belgian yeast thrown in for good measure. Mouthfeel was surprisingly rich for such a light beer. Crisp and flavorful. Quite enjoyable.
