From the 12.7 oz bottle in a snifter with a BIG thanks to Bluejacket74! Cheers Dude!
This excellent brew pours a dark blackish brown with a faint fizzling head that vanishes,
BUT we have some nice legs with a swirl. Nose of rich bourbon, oak, vanilla, maple,
dark chocolate fudge, and subtle coffee. Flavors follow the nose with some exceptions
with rich heavy bourbon, oak, vanilla, moderate char, tobacco, rich chocolate fudge,
dark coffee, and mellow maple with touches of brulee. Mouth feel is full, smooth, rich,
coating, warming as can be, moderately slick, and finishing moderately dry from the
heavy booze note.

Overall, a stunner again from the masters of blending flavors. Not too sweet, not
overly cloying.....a stellar sipper!

Cheers

On tap. Black color. Not much head.

Strong, as expected. You can taste a ton of bourbon and booze here. Big char, big maple. Sweet and strong. Chewy oak and tobacco. Molasses, raisins, figs, fudge, caramel. It’s borderline sipping on a bourbon. It drinks surprisingly well if you think of it like that. It’s good, just a bit strong for me.
