Named after our favorite downhill trail on Teton Pass, “JIMMY’S MOM” is a 15.8% blended beast consisting of three different Bourbon barrel-aged imperial stouts aged on vanilla, coffee, and copious amounts of toasted coconut. Just like its namesake trail, don't take this brew lightly or she'll send you over the handlebars!

Absolutely fantastic nano-brew from these guys, taking barrel-treated imperial stouts, blending them together, and then essentially dry-hopping that blend with coffee, vanilla, and coconut - what's not to love? Inky and oily black pour, not much in the way of carbonation visible in the glass, a couple floaties here and there reminiscent of a Randall-ed brew. Epic amounts of coffee and espresso on the nose, inviting as it melts into some chocolatey-vanilla sweetness. Perfect flavors of coconut arrive as you sip, minimizing the warmth, though this one is definitely still a big beer. Loved it.
