Collaboration with Combine Brewing, on-tap at the local Bruery, jet black pour shows a little light on the edges, and minimal tan head lacing. The roasted backbone is present as well as some coffee notes, but there is some sweetness too...cacao, vanilla, marshmallow, subdued alcohol warmth...good stuff, not as in-your-face as some other sweet stouts that the Bruery puts on.
