12.7 ounce bottle, 2025 edition, bottled 02/21/25. Served in a snifter, the beer pours dark brown/black with not quite an inch tan head that didn't stay around for too long. Small amount of lacing. I like the aroma, the brew smells like maple, vanilla, roasted malt, bourbon, caramel, dark chocolate and oak. Taste is similar to the aroma, but with the addition of some burnt/charred malt, dark bread and earthy flavors. Leans sweet tasting, I think the maple stands out here but without overpowering the other flavors. Mouthfeel/body is full, it's coating and rich with a moderate amount of carbonation. It's still a bit boozy and some aging wouldn't hurt it but it's drinking pretty good right now considering the 18.3% ABV. Definitely worth trying if you get the chance!

This monster brew pours a rich and muddled blackish brown with a modest
head of fizzling foam that fades to a razor thin ring and very nice legs with a swirl.
Nose of rich bourbon, oak, vanilla, dark chocolate, rich maple, and dark fruit notes
of raspberry and blueberry. Flavors follow the nose with some light exceptions. Waves
of rich bourbon wash over dark bakers chocolate, dark coffee, vanilla, moderate char, oak,
sweet vanilla, rich maple, and dark berry notes of raspberry, blueberry, and dark bread
dashed with brulee. Mouth feel is full, smooth, rich, coating, warming, moderately
slick, and finishes moderately sweet (without being cloying) and lightly dry from the
warming booze.

Overall, another stunner....you can not go wrong with the masters of barrel aged
blending.

Pitch shimmering black body, brown collar. Boozy bourbon nose with maple, molasses, dark chocolate, dark fruit and wet earth in that order of intensity. Taste is sweeter, like a LOT sweeter, with the barrels boosting that maple and molasses, dark chocolate next strongest layer in this mix, the dark fruit are candied, maybe a hint of espresso with vanilla but then finally fully formed char gives some balance. Feel is massive (shocker) with malt and more so barrel driving the body, nowhere sweet as it tastes so the sugar don't linger

The Bruery putting some of these burly monsters in appropriate, 375ML bottles is appreciated.

The pour is light-impenetrable with a long lasting, thin, meandering, island-filled layer atop. Nose prime: alcohol. Nose secondary: sweetness (faintly maplesque), bourbon, with finishing roast.

Tuesday Morning is great as long as it begins about 11 AM. Just as intense as any of the "Tuesday" series with a rough frame around the bourbon & the booze. Following is plenty of soft sweetness, honey, maple, black sugar cane, malt, with a smattering of vaniller. The touch of roast in the father brew would be most welcome in cutting some of that morass, but that's a quibble. Thick, thick liquid that I'm happy arrived in this smaller glass.

As with nearly all maple beers, I find myself crying "more maple" about halfway through, but, another quibble. This heavyweight kicks hard. Superb brew.
