12.7 ounce bottle, 2025 edition, bottled 02/07/25. Served in a Teku, the beer pours an orange/amber color with about an inch light tan head. Head retention and lacing are both good. Aroma is nice, the brew smells mostly like guava and dragonfruit along with some oak and vanilla. The taste is similar to the aroma, but there's also some rye and tart citrus (more lemony) flavors noticeable too. As with the aroma, I think the guava and dragonfruit flavors stand out compared to the others, but without overpowering them. Mouthfeel/body is medium, it's smooth and easy to drink with a good amount of soft carbonation. I liked this one, got better to me the longer I drank it. Certainly worth trying if you get the chance!

A: Poured into a tulip to a slightly hazy golden orange beer which is topped by a dense and rocky finger of white head which fades slowly to a collar around the edge of the glass with decent lacking
S: Smells of tons of guava and tropical fruit on the nose with a good amount of vanilla
T: Taste is guava and dragonfruit along with some nice sourness, a little spicy rye, oak and vanilla. On the finish there's more guava and dragonfruit, sourness, vanilla, oak, and rye spice
M: This beer has a body which is on the lighter side of things with a slightly creamy feel. Carbonation is slightly effervescent and adequate for the style while the beer has a drying finish due to the acidity.
O: Overall this is a perfect summer sour. The tropical notes fire on all cylinders and complement the base beer well. I wouldn't mind seeing this one stay in production.
