Consider yourself charm'd by this enchanting sour rye ale. We've conjured up memories of strawberry cream pie with loads of vegan marshmallows and graham cracker notes. At 8.1% ABV, this pinkish beauty balances tart and sweet in perfect harmony. Pair with grilled chicken and balsamic glaze for a magical meal.

A: Poured into a bruery tulip to a deep orange that's bordering on light brown. The beer is topped by a dense and rocky two and a half fingers of white head that leaves decent lacing while fading to a collar around the edge of the glass.
S: Smells of strawberries, some graham cracker like notes, and marshmallows
T: Taste is bright strawberries up front with some graham notes, a bit of acidity, and some hints of marshmallows. On the finish there's more bright and slightly acidic strawberry with more marshmallows and a little more graham cracker
M: This beer has a body which is on the lighter side of medium with a slightly syrupy feel on the palate. Carbonation is effervescent and adequate while the beer has a drying finish due to the acidity.
O: Overall this is pretty nice. It isn't the most complex beer out there but it isn't trying to be. It's a fun and fruity beer to drink on a nice summer day.

12.7 ounce bottle, 2025 edition, bottled 02/20/25. Served in a Teku, the beer pours a murky copper/amber color with about an inch and a half off-white head that stuck around for a long time with a lot of lacing. The brew smells like strawberries, cream, vanilla and graham crackers. Taste is similar to the aroma, but there's also some tart red berries and bready malt flavors. Don't really pick up any rye in this, it seems to be overpowered by everything else that's going on here. Nice amount of sweet and tart flavors. Mouthfeel/body is medium, it's a bit slick and easy enough to drink. I liked this one a lot, definitely worth trying especially if you like sweet and tart strawberry brews!

375 mL bottle into a tulip

Muddy brown ale, like ripe bananas. Gentle more yields a fluffy head that never fully dissipates.

Nose is unripe strawberries, vanilla and oak. Nicely layered on the palate, good balance of sour and sweet. Marshmallows add creamy vanilla tones, leading to a long sweet finish.

Easy to throw back and will attract a wide array of palates.
