Bourbon barrel aged Imperial Stout with coconut and marshmallow.
Who says you can't please everyone? This bourbon barrel-aged imperial stout proves popular opinion wrong. Creamy marshmallow and coconut dance with aromas of dark chocolate in a decadent 15.7% ABV symphony. Each sip delivers a sweet, velvety experience that challenges expectations. Pair with grilled pineapple chicken and coconut macaroons for a truly crowd-pleasing moment.

12.7 ounce bottle, 2025 edition, bottled 03/25/25. Served in a tulip glass, the beer pours dark brown/black with about an inch tan head that stuck around a little while. Decent amount of lacing. I like the aroma, the brew smells like coconut, vanilla, dark chocolate, marshmallows, roasted malt and some bourbon. For the most part I think the taste is similar to the aroma, but there's also some caramel and blackberry flavors noticeable too. No one flavor overpowers the others here. Kinda wish the coconut flavor was stronger, but that's a minor complaint. Mouthfeel/body is medium/full, it's creamy and a bit rich with a good amount of carbonation. Thought this was a pretty good overall brew, definitely worth trying if you get the chance!

Poured from tap at The Bruery. Pours black as night. The nose is chocolate, coconut, and vanilla. The taste is marshmallow, toffee, blueberries, chocolate, vanilla, and coconut. It's definitely sweet, but not too sweet. Great beer.

12.7oz bottle from the local Bruery, pours dark brown and sits black in the glass, small ring of tan head. Definitely has a nice coconut and discernible marshmallow component, good natural flavors of vanilla bean, rich and sweet with a hefty barrel presence. Really nice.
