Black color with a nice beige head. The aroma brings cocoa, chocolate, almonds, and a touch of coconut. The flavor is rich and soft, with moderate sweetness and warming bourbon notes toward the finish. Really well done

Thrill Rider pours black, with a medium-sized, long-lasting tan head. The aroma has big notes of chocolate, almonds, and coconuts. The flavor is sweeter, chocolate, almonds, coconut, very candy bar-like. Good feel. Overall, a big and rich stout, very candy-like.

Chocolate is definitely the feature in this one, despite coconut getting first billing. The coconut is complementary, and really only noticeable if you know to look for it. The bourbon is mostly restrained, but there is a semi-sweet, grape/cherry-like tartness that I mostly attribute to the bourbon (and perhaps the coconut in a roundabout way).
Full bodied, rich, thick, and nearly chewy. Just a tiny bit of heat, but it's a really smooth drinking beer. Overall a delicious home run, if not anything particularly novel at this point.

On tap at Bruery
A- pours black in color with a one finger foamy khaki head that reduces to a ring
S- creamy coconut, chocolate, oaky bourbon, slightly nutty
T- opens with creamy coconut and dark chocolate. Mid-palate brings out a cinnamon note as well as the barrel, adding oak and bourbon, as well as caramel. The finish gives more creamy coconut and chocolate with a bourbon linger
M- medium body with moderate carbonation leads to a creamy mouthfeel that continues into a warming finish
